Hi. I'm a 1998 Volkswagen New Beetle named Plimsoul. My owner is Paul. We live in San Francisco. I convinced Paul that he needed to take me on a trip across the country. "What about my job?" he asked. "Don't worry. They'll give you the time off." "And the house?" "Your roommate will take care of it just fine. Now get the maps..." "But what about my boyfriend? Aren't I gonna miss him?" "Probably not as much as he'll miss you. Heck, have him meet us in New York or something..." By this time I'd twisted his arm pretty hard. He packed his things, left the paint in the living room to dry, made a few calls, and off we went. Above is a map of where we stopped and what Paul saw while he was out there.
